St. John the Merciful Private Clinic have successfully passed the international accreditation of the Australian Council for Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI, Australia) and received the highest rating mark. International accreditation is being carried out in accordance with the requirements of Georgian legislation and with the aim of constantly improving the quality of medical services.
By implementing the Evaluation and Quality Improvement Program EQuIP7, the clinic provides patients with quality services and a safe environment that meets international medical standards.
As a result of several months of tireless work, the clinic received the highest rating from an international accrediting organization according to the following criteria:
- Proper clinical management,
- Laboratory and instrumental diagnostics work,
- Infection control,
- Fire safety and environmental protection, a safe environment for both patients and clinic staff,
- Patient and staff satisfaction,
- Quality development and risk management,
- Health promotion, raising awareness of preventive health care.
In order to maintain high standards of service, the Private Clinic will undergo re-accreditation every three years.
